"Great place right by the water !"

"The property is very comfortable and has all the amenities needed and then some. The kitchen is fully stocked, the appliances are first rate, and the furnishings are a great mix of modern and antiques. I felt like I was at home, not in a rental. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had while staying on the property. "

"Our stay overall was nice. The room was quaint as was the complex overall. Parking is limited which makes it bit of a struggle to then have to find street parking. Which can be a little ways away and if not careful or familiar with where to park can cost you a parking ticket. There is no cart to load your luggage so pack light. Host was very nice and responds quickly. Room was very cozy. Rooftop was nice. Pool isn’t temperature controlled if you want to swim. We did enjoy our stay. "

"We only stayed for a night but do believe the pool is good for the children. My son very much enjoyed the space and said the couch was comfortable.I also think that your space is far more cute than the pictures show, and some pictures if your balcony view would make it more appealing! I really loved the small space. "

"Great location and the apartment was clean. "
