« Great home-base for outdoor fun. Two of us and a small dog, easy access to grass and walk. Totally appreciate comfortable bed, couch, towels and even TP. Kitchen well stocked, extras, like seasoning, coffee was a nice touch. Fast communication and easy access in/out. »

We had a very enjoyable few days at this property. The condo was clean and all the beds were comfortable. The kitchen appliances were in good order. I would recommend a visit to WalMart for some new pots and pans. I recommend this condo! »

« Just a few items, miscommunication about the lock box. The 4 digit code was never given in the check in instructions. Since the property required a FOB access before you can gain entry and use the SMART lock for entry to the rental, our check-in was delayed until we contacted the manager several times to retrieve the code. We had a problem with the SMART lock. I believe the battery on the unit died or the unit malfunctioned. This prevented us from locking the rental anytime when we...

« Great place and nice location up the hill outside of town. Hot tub heater was broken and A/C units could use improvement, but everything else was perfect. Communication was the best I have ever experienced. Durango is also pretty awesome! »
