Room was very large with kitchen. They provided wine and some snacks but both proved impossible to open. Also out door lock didn’t work for a day. They eventually fixed this but travel partner was concerned about it for awhile. I tend to think these experiences were more bad luck than anything else.
The location is nice-close to tourist sites. Good for walking around Seville.
They communicate via WhatsApp very effectively. One potential caveat is lack of hotel staff outside of business hours from 9am to 230 pm. Makes dealing with issues that arise a little harder and can’t really store luggage until later in the day travel. We had to use storage locker at the terminal and make extra trip there.
Breakfast is not included but many cafes in area. I strongly recommend Alphonsito’s.

I could not say more about this hotel. The staff is amazing. Breakfast was top notch. The chocolates in the room were beautiful. Love this hotel.
