L'Alacantí Vacation Packages

brilliant place. I recommend.

The place has stunning views, check-in was effortless, the unit was immaculately clean, situated in a wonderful quiet area, near restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and a private hospital. No one goes on vacation expecting to become ill; but this was the case of one of our party members the management office was incredibly helpful in accommodating my family for a couple of extra days which helped us to focus on the medical situation. Absolutely recommend this place which, offers more than one expects. Will definitely return!

First the staff were friendly! However I would not recommend or stop again. The rooms are in need of some TLC with many scuff marks and some damage. The shower base/tray was very badly stained. Rooms where serviced, but bins were not always emptied and surfaces were not cleaned. Breakfast was disappointing, the hot stuff was only just warm, juices watered down and for three days there was no butter or margarine and no sliced bread. The buffet was not replenished and you always need to ask for milk. The tables were left uncleared and not remade let alone wiped clean. No visibility of staff during service and the male server was clearly just not interested in doing this job! I ate breakfast out for most of my stay although I had paid a 7 euro supplement for breakfast. I did raise my concerns with the manager but nothing changed. There are many better options in Benidorm old town with a similar price point.
