At the same time, the Uji Villa serves as an excellent “base” for your travels. Using the JR and Keihan lines, you can easily reach not only downtown Kyoto but also Nara by train. Travelling toward Osaka also requires few transfers, making a day trip a realistic option.

Furthermore, with parking space for two cars on the premises, guests travelling by car can rest easy. This naturally expands your range of activities, whether it’s a drive toward Shiga, a trip to Nara Park, or a visit to downtown Osaka. This location, which offers a stress-free experience whether you choose to travel by train or car, is a particularly valuable feature for group stays or extended stays.

In the evenings, return to the inn to enjoy a relaxed time—whether laying out prepared dishes bought from outside or whipping up a simple meal.Although located near tourist attractions, the area is quiet and peaceful at night, ensuring you get a good night’s rest.
