Kutras Riverside Addition Vacation Packages

I stayed at the Sterling Hotel for one night. I stayed in the deluxe queen room. My room was at best decent. The room was in need of a better cleaning, better decor, had some chips and dents, the TV didn't have anything to access to watch anything, staff isn't around after 4pm, and I think that they can do better! I couldn't get the jet on the Jacuzzi tub to turn on and I texted the number that was given and got no response. They didn't acknowledge my text at all during my stay. It would be helpful if staff was available for at least a few hours during the evening time to help customers. When I checked in they should have included instructions on the Jacuzzi tub. They say that they are operating like a bed and breakfast when there is NO breakfast. Coffee was available in the lobby and in the room. I think they could have spared a few more k-cups for the Keurig and I had to go down to the lobby to get more coffee. They could have included sugar too! I also think they should have included a lamented sheet or binder of restaurants and things to do nearby. It would have made my stay easier to navigate. I'm disappointed in the lack of service. I really believe that they can do better!!!

The bed was horrible so uncomfortable. Our bathroom was dirty and when we walked outside there were people smoking right outside the door. The people above us were jumping on the bed and pou ding in the floor at 2am.

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was upbeat, friendly, personable and efficient.

Only issue we had was the key reader to get into the building plus our door. Unsure if it was a problem with the key or the readers themselves but we had to try multiple times before any doors opened.
