People love this place, and I can see why! In addition to being in a great location and being comfortable and clean, the staff are both helpful and enjoyable to be around. The air conditioning didn’t work properly and it was quite hot and hard to sleep. I asked to get it looked at but nothing happened. Apart from that, it was pretty good. The staff are nice and the pool is nicely maintained. So if the A/C was better I’d stay again. Great location with a nice little local Warung with a bamboo bar which was great for a cold beer. Staff was friendly and brekkie with banana pancake and fruit and coffee quite basic. Pool was nice and after swim it was easier to go to cold shower as there is no warm water at all. Room was rough but at least there was the fan. You'll need earplugs if you want to sleep.
