Alles in allem waren die 5 Naechte im Zimmer 2214 so, wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe. An die vielen Nullen bei den Preisen habe ich mich schnell gewoehnt, zumal es dadurch einfach war, sich als Millionaer zu fuehlen. Das balinesische Personal empfand ich als unaufdringlich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Our room was very large with a nice view but decor was a bit stark. The floor was tile, and walking barefoot on it was not pleasant - a bit gritty and the cleaning product used was slightly sticky. All staff members we met were extremely friendly and very helpful. Sunsets from the property were spectacular! The location was convenient to the airport, and the excursion desk at the hotel was well equipped to help with any type of activity desired. The main drawback was the beach. It is a public beach, and therefore very crowded and dirty (not groomed by the hotel). There is also a boat rental pavilion blocking the view and many, many boats either in the water close to shore or lined up on the beach across the entire length of the hotel. If you are looking for a great beach, this property is not for you. Otherwise, it is a nice place to stay.

Floors are not properly swept n there r loads of mosquitoes flying ard within the air conditioned hotel room n our daily Breakfast food which we paid extra on our booking tastes bland n not delicious at all cos everyday for entire staycatn week were served the same breakfast buffet... :(

Guest room required major renovations
Hotel grounds are well maintained and beautiful, staff is friendly but unfortunately that's all the positive of this hotel. Stayed in room 6103 and it felt like a motel room. The bed was sagging, the bathroom was moldy, the sheets didn't fully cover the mattress, the furniture in the room was old and randomly placed in the room, etc.

The staff and service of this resort was excellent. We have been to lots of resorts in the past, but the staff members and their service was the best we have ever experienced. 15 on 10 for them😊. Breakfast buffet has huge variety.
