Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans cette hôtel, la première fois on a pris la soit disant "chambre de luxe" qui nous promettait d'être grande, avec un grand balcon privé (pas entretenu et pas même une chaise pour s'asseoir), avec une bouilloire électrique, etc... rien de tout ça n'était vrai ! En plus, il a fallu réclamer à chaque fois des serviettes de bain. Pour couronner le tout, il n'y avait pas de lavabo dans la salle de bain. Still a few things came up which felt like a let-down. The AC wasn't as efficient as needed, it never got down to comfortable temperatures and the bathroom was just plain odd with lack of a sink and a toilet which didn't flush properly. And the wifi signal could only be described as lacking, turning the "internet access" into "internet access a quarter of the time". The bad also felt really cheap, something which just ain't acceptable since the difference between a "cheap bad bed" and "good value bed" is rather small. We were able to enjoy peace and enjoy the facilities that were provided...including room service, and your wonderful pool. The breakfast was good and the staff very helpful, professional and generous. We were made to feel at home with all the smiles that greeted us where ever we were. Staff provided information on sights, getting around and destinations. We were very pleased and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali. The affordability was another bonus for the experience. The room didn't have a water boiler or fridge, which I guess is what you get when you upgrade to one of the more expensive rooms. Our room was decent: the bed was comfortable and the room was relatively clean. The bathroom has no sink and the shower is next to the toilet, so when you take a shower the whole bathroom floor gets wet, but it dries up pretty fast. Towels and water were cared for. The view from the hotel is bad, water with trash everywhere in it. It takes about 15/20 minutes to get to the beach and centre of Kuta on foot, which is quite doable. The hotel is very quiet, which is nice. And the staff is the best! ##### Joanna ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Voyageur vérifié 12 oct. 2015 Points faibles : Propreté, état et installations de l’hébergement et confort de la chambre. #### 空港から近くて安い宿 フライトの到着時間が遅い場合など、比較的近くて便利です。 スーペリアルームとありましたが、スーペリアな感じは全くしません。 ただ１０００円もしない割には部屋の広さや綺麗さはありました。 禁煙ルーム希望でしたが、このホテルはそもそも喫煙になっているため匂いが気になりました。 エアコンをつけると部屋中が臭くなります。 ですので部屋は禁煙者には向きませんが、この宿ではバイクのレンタルがあり、そちらが非常に助かりました。バイクは１日６万ルピアですが、私たちは１０日くらい借りて１日５万にしてくれました。 荷物もその間預かってもらえましたのでおかげでサヌールやウブドにもバイクで行けました。 ちなみに、空港から宿へは空港のタクシーカウンターを使って１５万ルピアでした。 到着ロビーで待ち受けているタクシードライバーは３０万ルピアで話しかけてきましたので、 空港ではタクシーカウンターで頼むのがよさそうに思いましたが、 この宿から空港へ行くのに呼んでもらったタクシーはメーターを使用するブルーのタクシーで、５万ルピアもかかりませんでした。 ホテルズドットコムではこの宿は空港送迎サービス１５万の表記がありましたが、ブルータクシーが一番のおすすめです。 ##### Voyageur vérifié ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Voyageur vérifié 28 mai 2015 Points faibles : Propreté, service et personnel, état et installations de l’hébergement et confort de la chambre.
