Many of the accommodations were closed - the listing showed restaurants, a bar and an ice cream shop. The only thing open was the basement bar which felt like a grade school sleep over 1 low ceilings and cranky parents (bar tender). The elevator was not working and the front desk was less than polite
One of the strangest parts is the hidden fees they add on - resort fees, extra tips, and plenty of taxes.

Hotel itself is new and clean. room was great and also lobby and restaurant. But the staff left much to be desired. Upon check in there was no greeting whatsoever, i just stood there for 5 min wondering maybe i have to do something first ?!? i asked if i should use the tablet to start, got a cold answer " you can if you want"...no eye contact. nothing. Both employees kept starring at their screens. I got the keys for the room - no info on breakfast when and where, is parking free or we need a tag for the car, no info where pool or elevators are, restaurant hours - NOTHING!
Next morning we headed down for breakfast after google-ing the hours, it was ok selection for free breakfast, but it was all empty - it took forever the employee to replenish, coffee was out too. Maybe staffing issue definitely more people were needed - it happens, but the young girl was also incredibly rude and with attitude.

We chose this hotel because it had a pool
And hot tub. Both were closed for renovations. The third floor smelled of urine. The room was not very clean. The stairwell smelled of smoke. The elevator carpet was dingy and smelled. We checked in at 1:30 am (late as we were driving from another state for a medical emergency) and we checked out by 8:30 am. We had originally booked for two nights, we cancelled our second. I do not recommend.
