"I arrived at this property in the evening, my first time in Istanbul, the Manager Esat was very helpful, always asking of my needs, if I needed to book a tour, taxi, etc. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure was good, it had a mini fridge, a kettle and always I had coffee and tea available. "Cleaning needs improving - lots of hair: Hair in bed, floor, toilet. Bed sheets had hair and stains on it. Towels with stains. (Asked for new towels and sheets and this was fine). "This is the worse hotel and it looks nothing like on the photo. I asked for a quite room as I am a light sleeper so they give me a room on the 3rd floor right below the restaurant. I could not sleep at night before someone moved tables and chair all night long. The room itself was very very small and not updated. There was an A/C but the smell was so bad so I kept just the window open. Also, the location is busy and anywhere you go, you need to go up to hill.. "
