We had a wonderful stay at Nova City Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff (Abdu, Jaan) were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The location was very convenient, and we felt welcomed throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

The hotel was in a very good location near the old town of Istanbul. The property is quite practical to get around and is near shops and plenty of restaurants for dining. It is a quieter part of town so you can walk safely for sightseeing and taking interesting photos. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel for the staff was friendly, and you can enjoy a full breakfast every morning with delicious Turkish food and also continental. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to stay at the Old Town of Istanbul,

The property is located in old Istanbul and is convenient in proximity to various points of interest. It is an older building but is adequately maintained. The staff is very attentive and provided great assistance during our stay. The morning breakfast (a traditional Turkish breakfast that was very well done!) on the roof was a great start to a day in the city. We enjoyed that the most.

I liked the location, very convenient to visit the historical places by walk. Breakfast was alright and staff was kind in general. Loved that the staff look after the cats! Cleaning could be improved and there's no room with balcony despite it was one of the reasons to choose an specific room with extra charge on the app. Overall it was a good experience and price was fine.

Kesinlikle çok kötü bir oteldi asla hijyen kurallarına uyumlu değildi uygulamadan rezervasyon yaptırmama rağmen çok kötü bir oda vermişlerdi giriş katta camdan bakınca arka kötü evlere bakan bir oda verilmişti oda temiz gibi görünüyor sadece çarşaflar değişmişti ve değişen çarşaflarda da kıl tüy gibi şeyler vardı yatağın altında böcekler vardı toz ve pislikleri söylememe gerek yok diye düşünüyorum banyosu kesinlikle kirliydi 3 tesettürlü bayan olarak konaklamıştık tesettüre uygun olmayan bir oda diye belirtmemize rağmen boş oda olmasına rağmen odamızı değiştirmediler kahvaltı kısmı ayrı rezaletti zaten iki günde de tabakta kıl çıktı erkek saç teli asla hijyen kurallarına uyulmadı çalışanların kalitesi çok kötü asla hiçbirşey yapmıyorlar kesinlikle tercih edilmemesi gereken bir oteldi
