Noisy with students, dogs and traffic. Complained and was changed to a smaller room. Overall it is More like a uni hostel than a hotel. Hairs on mattress, pillow, floor?! What?! Smelly pillow and bed badly made. I guess they didn't change the pillow case and bed sheet after the previous guest. Dirty cup. No coffee. No breakfast. My god. Failed hotel management. That would be ironic if UCSI provides hotel management course as this hotel is under UCSI. Conclusion. Avoid. I repeat. I stayed because it's close to UCSI. Although it's a hostel level to me, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very small - two luggages and we don't have much space to move around already - but I could still enjoy a good sleep here. So much food around the place. I stayed for about 6 days and I don't need to repeat any restaurants.
