But the floor and toilet are never cleaned for my one week stay. The most terrible matter is that the birdcall in the surrounding, hundreds of birds screaming everyday at around 11pm and 5am, once the birdcall started, it lasted about half hour to one hour, so which means for my one week stay in this hotel, I 've never had one fair sleep, and my room has a ventilation opening which has no cover, so the soundproof quality is really bad. Despite my efforts to reach out to him personally to discuss the inconveniences I experienced during my stay, I have received no response even after checking out. The room provided was dusty, and the lift was broken for two days, which was particularly inconvenient as my room was on the 5th floor. When I checked in, I requested a better room, but the staff informed me that the hotel was fully booked for the weekend. The air conditioning in the room was loud and noisy, making it impossible to sleep during my 4-night stay. The shower water was cold and inconsistent, with only minimal hot water available. Despite my daily requests at the counter and leaving the sign on the door, the staff did not clean the room. Adding on, let me put this down by chronology : Day 1 : Check in at 9pm , Already reach out to your staff for a new room. Staff said room fully booked throughout the weekend. (This is your evening staff at Front desk) Day 2 : I inform on a room clean in the morning before I started my visiting in KL for the first time, and contacted Expedia approximately 11pm at night due to the inconveniences that I have during my stay. Day 3 : I reach out to your property at the front desk at 11AM to inform on the issue that I was having but was turned down and given the excuse on : why Did I not reach out to the staff at the counter about the air cond and cold water shower. Das Zimmer war sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Es gab ein abwechslungsreiches Frühstück mit Brot, Croissants, Cornflakes, Früchten, verschiedenen malayischen Gerichten, Rührei, Waffeln und Saft und Kaffee. Einen Pool auf dem Dach gibt es auch (hier sollte aber unbedingt ein funktionierender Sonnenschirm angeschafft werden, da es sonst keinerlei Schatten gibt). Insgesamt war das Hotel gut und das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis stimmt.
