The Athens key hotel was A . The roof top restaurant had morning breakfast that was acceptable. The staff was so nice. The rooms were air conditioned and clean.

This is a convention hotel, not a tourist hotel. If you are looking to get away from Athens this is not the place to go. There is only one, buffet style restaurant, the pool closes at 6pm, there is no place to buy anything at the hotel or nearby, and they have only one line for check-in/check-out. Not a problem until you want to check out and you have to stand in line for 20 minutes because a bus of conventioneers arrived right before you. Stay away from this place.

The staff was extremely kind and always offered excellent service with a smile! Majority of the food was frozen and poorly cooked. The beverages included were unfortunately of low quality

Pros-staff was friendly and really tried their best. Cons-1)hotel is 40km from city center so if you stay there and want to visit Athens plan to spend at least 50Euros for a one way cab ride. There is nothing near the hotel except for a few restaurants. 2) hotel needs upkeep—the interior doors do not close or lock; the floor tiles on the 3rd floor hall are so loose I almost fell; the elevator jerks and shakes when in use; the banister on the steps is loose and unsafe; there is mold in the bathroom; the bathroom is so small that your knees will hit the sink when you get up from toilet. 3) the staff are doing their best but very understaffed because I had to call 3 times for towels and eventually had to go down and wait for someone to come out to get fresh towels. We paid $1888 USD for 4 days and 3 nights and unfortunately this hotel was a complete waste of money.

Very nice people at the front desk, especially the lady with the short hair.
