The room itself was lovely. small suite 2 Bedrooms Lovely spot and staff OK No chair in large double room All 3 wardrobe doors sqeaked badly. Reported 4 times over 2 night stay not fixed. Bedside light in both rooms not working. Fixed after 2 requests, then not bright enaough Electric plug socket fouled by top of desk unit in double bed room Toilet paper holder by washbasin instead of by toilet. No "do not disturb" sign despite many requests. Good Nespresso machine, but mug too tall to fit! Large balcony, but no table and chairs. Just one old plastic upright chair. Ceiling lights by TV with none over settee, so unable to read from there.

Coco was great for massage. Staff, room, and restaurant were exceptional. Free shuttle to mall. Great property. Would choose this property every visit.

Really comfortable room in a perfect location. Staff were brilliant and all amenities supplied. Would highly recommend!

I was visiting Cape Town for work, and had extended my stay to do some sightseeing. For this part, I booked my stay at Taj via Expedia. Price was very competitive; having grown up in India, I am quite familiar with the Taj brand, which was a reason I chose this property. The check-in was smooth, property very well managed with lots of amenities (most of which I did not get to use as I was outside exploring the city). The staff was very well trained. Breakfast spread was amazing.

I didn’t cook in.the room so can't comment on that but it was an amazing view! And the room was very well equiped and clean and the bed was comfortable and the staff was super.
