"Horribles"

"The room was filthy. The sheets had stains on them. There were bugs in the room. Had hotel staff walk in to do room service at 9am while me and my family were in bed sleeping. The employee couldn't understand me screaming "no no no get out of my room!" Manager assured me my room would be comped and that she fired the employee but neither happened. "

"Clean rooms, comfortable bed, and the best part was breakfast delivered to your room. Great way to start the day! We wish we could have stayed another night. Will definitely be returning!"
