"Room was spacious and clean and daily service was excellent. AC was a bit weak and room never got cool enough. Bathroom is a bit outdated compared to other Royal Park hotel I’ve visited. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were wonderful. Bar was a nice spot to end the night."

"This hotel was very close to the Tokyo station like 5 to 10 minutes walk the rooms were very clean and the property was in a great condition. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Also help me with luggage forwarding rooms. I cleaned every day and got new amenities every day. "

"Carpets in rooms were dirty. Smelled like they’ve never been steam cleaned. Staff were not apologetic when we’re told we booked the room for 3 people but only given 2 sets of everything. "

"Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are small, with no storage space for large suitcases, but the beds are very comfortable and the separate areas for shower/toilet are a great idea. The location is great and the hotel is easy to find. If you are coming from an airport, it is basically across the street from the limousine bus stop at Tokyo Station. I also wanted to note that the rooms are very quiet, we couldn't hear our neighbors or any outside noises."

"We had a generally pleasant stay at this hotel. One of the standout positives was the cleanliness: the rooms and common areas were very well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable and reassuring. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The hotel only has two washing machines available for all guests, which made it quite inconvenient, especially during busy times when they were often in use. Additionally, the breakfast selection was fairly limited. While the food quality was decent, there weren’t many options to choose from, which could get repetitive for longer stays. Overall, it’s a clean and comfortable place to stay."
