"A beautiful, older resort in the low season which could use some refurbishing and additional wait-staff. It's quiet, out of the way and was once gorgeous. Now it needs a coat of varnish. The hot water in the shower works very well, if you can figure out how to manipulate the faucet. The main restaurant needs more servers, so things like silverware aren't forgotten when the food is brought out.The bottom line: it's quiet, and like stepping into a few hundred years ago. I would consider going...

Even though there isn’t a beach to relax on, chairs and tables along the shoreline allow beautiful and relaxing views, especially at sunset. "resort is beautiful, slightly out of the way. Secluded just past lonely beach. Walkway access to a mostly rock and mud beach leading to a small spit of white sand at low tide. Gorgeous pool for those less intrepid. Breakfast is made to order, lunch ～ dinner restaurant until 9:30pm. Decent little enclave just above hotel. Motorbike for the daring as dark and hilly roads to the main tourist areas or a TH150 PP ride each way. Very enjoyable R/R over Song Klang. "

"Nice hotel for couples with friendly staff. The main building is all in wood with unique style and has nice pools for each room. I think these rooms are best. Staff including Sonya were helpful in fixing small issues. Gym better than before but could have a bit more weights and bench. Both pools nice. Breakfast nice. On nice part of clean beach. "
