"There was an office staff member on zoom most of the time, which was new for me but I can understand local staffing difficulties. The room was great, the ocean view does have a fairly busy road between you and the ocean, so keep that in mind. The room was clean and everything was functional. I will note that the mini fridge was turned off and I did not notice that until we were packing up to leave, so my leftovers from the previous night were not good. I understand turning it off to save money, but maybe put a note on there or something to turn it on? I didn’t notice the dial was set to 0."

"This is a newer facility and well maintained. Nice room, quiet, clean, big bathroom, everything you need. They do serve a nice complimentary breakfast, but the capacity of the space is too small to meet the demand of all the guests. The restaurant is not open for breakfast, and the only other food is a diner at the end of town or drive 15 to 30 miles away. Bigger issue with dinner. The restaurant is only open from 5pm to 8pm, 3 hours, and it is understaffed. Food was great, price reasonable, takes an hour to get food. The only other food in town after noon is a bar across the street and they had the grill closed. No food to be had except gas station food. If someone opened a restaurant in town that was staffed, they would have goldmine. If you bring your own food, this is a great hotel."

"We loved many things about this home: a 1st floor bedroom, large kitchen and living room, enough upstairs rooms for everyone, and a well decorated home. Some things we weren't expecting: cold floors (and feet) since only space heaters were provided and driving through a 'messy' neighborhood to get to the house. A fireplace was available for our use but we did not want to mess with it and we do not keep space heaters plugged in while we are gone (fire hazard)... and we were told once we arrived there's no furnace.The 'messy' neighborhood was a bit scary for us since we are not used to junk in yards and dilapidated homes. On the backside of the home there is a more rural farm but you must drive through this messy neighborhood first. The entrance to this rental faces this neighborhood."
