"The rooms are very small but we had super comfortable sleeps. We fit 2 full sized suitcases (one we used and kept out on the table/couch), one we put at foot of bed to fill with purchases. We also bad 2 carry on bags (put at foot of bed) and 2 backpacks - also put on mini couch. We were surprised at how comfortable the stay was with minimal space. The bathroom is huge and shower was great - excellent pressure - big! The tub is really big and the water stays super hot 🔥 Check in and out were SO fast and hotel stored luggage for us as flight didn't leave for a while. When you don't get the room cleaned, they leave fresh towels in a bag on the door handle. Location could not be better. Everyone makes at least 2 stops a day at the 7-11 on the bottom floor. Loved it here and would 100% stay again. The area is not sketchy - just a few drunk teenagers. No touts bothered my husband or I. He is 6 foot 2 and also had a comfortable stay. Very convenient. Very nice place. Thank you!"

"Staff were the most unfriendly we have encountered in 2 weeks of being in Japan. We waited 10 mins to be acknowledged in the bar and had to go and speak to th two people who were working there to get served. No seats were provided just standing at the bar. Very mid place. Much better places available. Wouldn’t stay again. "

"I can see why this property was booked up before. The staff is amazing and attentive. The property is very well kept compared to others. The room was very spacious. The AC was cold, and I was able to control it which was a plus. The bathroom was spotless and also spacious. Next trip, I be sure to book way in advance to make sure that I end up at this property. Again, the staff (from the front desk to housekeeping) were phenomenal. "

"We had a microwave and water heater in the room. The hotel provided the best green tea and coffee. The neighborhood is super clean and safe. We walked to a 7 eleven at 4am. Love that it was close to a train station too! "
