The room was generally clean and the staff were polite, which I appreciated. However, the bathroom facilities were not suitable for the room(king one bedroom suite with lounge access) toilet felt inappropriate for the space, and the shower was too small, making it uncomfortable to use. This affected the overall experience and could definitely be improved.
