"The property is beautiful. The space in the house is good. But the river access is top notch, every year we go to a different spot on a river(frio,nueces, Guadeloupe..ect). This is by far the best river stay for us. I dont see a need for us to look somewhere else next year.. "

"the pictures only hint at the size and comfort of this property. The entertainment area under the house has everything you need to entertain or just enjoy the outdoors. Would have loved to stay longer. Everything looks new and functioned perfectly! Can't wait to come back. Bird lovers will enjoy the symphony of bird calls and sounds in the morning. River had enough water to wade in the shallows or float in deeper pools."

"It’s a really beautiful place! We loved our time there and will most definitely come back. Cynthia was really great to work with, helped with all our questions beforehand, while we were there and so quick replying when we had questions. The water was amazing. Deep, so just plan for that if you have little kids. All of our crew LOVED it!! We got to relax so much and enjoy the clean beautiful water without any crowds."
