Pay more elsewhere for a clean room. I do not recommend staying here. It looked like they didn't clean the room at all - as in used sheets, unvacuumed carpet, spots on couch, dirty tub, dirty bathroom sink. I took plenty of videos and pics, but they are on my phone and I am completing this on my computer. Now I know, if there is a sign that says if you do not report any concerns about your room within 30 mins then you will not be allowed to change rooms, it means that you better look around closely quickly! Service was friendly, but the front office stank of cigarette smoke. I signed on because I might have gotten charged for an extra night that I booked then canceled that same morning. Still not sure. It's old, rundown, looks abandon, just overall a dump. The hot water was MIA, looks like the entire property was put back together by mix and match parts. The restroom and shower were horrible, moldy and not working. I would not recommend this property for a family or single person stay. This place needs work. The receptionist was very friendly. The room seemed to be remodeled, but the bathroom was not. It was straight out of a horror movie - absolutely filthy. I tried not to touch anything. Shower has only cold water. We were told to leave the shower running 15 minutes to get the hot water to work, but it never did, seemed like a huge waste of water. We ended up washing with baby wipes. Place looked closed. No one there when we arrived. Key was in a mailbox. No tissues in room. Room was clean. No breakfast provided as promised on Hotels.com site. Place needs massive overhaul. Room was prepaid on Hotels.com yet when manager finally arrived, she tried to get me to pay again saying Hotels.com didn't forward the information to the inn.
