### Peaceful 3-bed, 3 bath house with AC in charming Kingsland

Located in Kingsland on just over 1 acre, enjoy what this 3-bedroom house has to offer. With 1 queen bed with a private bath and 2 full beds with jack and Jill bathrooms, guests will find the accommodations welcoming and comfortable. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with showers and hair dryers for added convenience. Enjoy all that Kingsland and Camden County and surrounding areas have to offer when you stay at our home.   
The 3rd bedroom is handicapped accessible as well as bathroom. We provide you with a shower chair and rails for your convenience at request. You have a full backyard on a pond that is ideal for fishing. Hosts are located2 doors done from the home so if you ever need anything, we are here. Your home is set up with a starter pack of paper goods, spices and other essential items. Renter is responsible to purchase additional items for their stay. Dollar Tree and Publix are within a 2 mile radius and less than 5 miles to Walmart.
