« The only two positives about this place was the cold a/c and the woman working the front desk when I arrived. Otherwise, this property is terrible. I just stayed at a Motel 6 off 1604 near Bandera Rd. in San Antonio, Tx and it was wonderful. I booked this one thinking they were of the same caliber. I was wrong. There was trash all over the parking lot and the hotel was at capacity with people on extended stays. Essentially meaning that they live there. There was no where to park near the rooms,...

« It was a horrible experience staff not friendly rooms dirty mattresses had bed bugs sheets had blood stains, roaches in the restroom doors doesn’t even close right doesn’t even feel safe the only thing that was good was enjoying a pool indoors I asked for pool towels the lady was giving me dirty towels it was just a terrible experience. « Office staff was not very friendly and willing to work with helping to resolve booking issue with Expedia. The rooms only offered a small bar of soap - no lotion, shampoo or conditioner for hair. The bathtub has been painted at one point and is peeling and gross looking. Old and run down place for the price. »
