"Great location, pool area for the kids, breakfast and staff"

"Everything was pretty much okay. The breakfast was decent and the room was clean. The TV was tiny in today’s standards. However, I did see stacks of new, larger TV’s in the lobby, so I’m thinking that those will be installed shortly. What we were unimpressed with, was the air makeup unit in the room. We got into the first room and the continuous fan button didn’t work. We asked to be changed to a different room. This room didn’t have a continuous button and the temperature was set at 66 degrees and the room was stifling with heat. I went back and they put us in a third room. The room also didn’t have a continuous fan setting. The room was hot again. We set the temperature down to 64 degrees just to make it liveable. Every time the heat/fan came on, it sounded like the fan was touching something. There was a constant clicking sound which was okay during the day but very annoying during the night. I think that the heating/cooling units need some attention "

"Breakfast area was not very clean. They had a cat show the same weekend probably should have let everyone know this at check-in in case you're allergic to cats."

"I love this hotel/market and will absolutely be back, but you should know the property backs up to an active railroad and trains pass through at all hours. The building is stunning, and well maintained. It’s a mixed use property with the first floor being a market with food and vendors. The shops are so cute and have such unique items. They offer contactless check in, a private parking garage for a fee, and great in room amenities. Besides the passing trains, the only issues I had were a broken lightbulb, and a tv that I had to program to use. Both easy to live with. Even with the trains, I fell in love with this place immediately and it’s now by go to in Fargo. Thanks for a great stay! "

"The hotel is in a great location close to shopping and restaurants. The hotel property has ample parking, the hotel and rooms are very clean and staff very friendly. Always a great place to stay."
