Staff was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Amenities were good as well. Grandkids loved the pool and slide. Will book again next visit. »

« We had a pullout couch in our room, and there were no pillows for the pullout. We called down to the front desk, and they told me they would be up with pillows. After an hour, we called again, and they told us there were no extra pillows in the entire hotel. When we unfolded the pullout their was a kit-kat wrapper in the bed. »

« The staff was helpful and responsive in check in and getting a shuttle from and to the airport in the freezing cold. Room is very clean and they really should advertise the heated floors in the room and the heated towel shelf in the bathroom. Beds are on the firm side, which i don't like, but overall this is a really nice hotel if you happen to be in Fargo. Looks like a cool city to explore if it wasn't negative degrees! »
