« Fargo hotels were pricey and a VRBO allowed for cooking and saving money. Check in and information could have been better. »

« Clean room, friendly staff, easy parking all areas in building were clean and organized. »

« At first we weren't comfortable with our room (it smelled kind of like smoking, even though the whole place is non smoking) but the staff was super courteous, and gave us a different room which was very nice. »

« Staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming. Room is clean but there is mold in bathroom and vents needs to be cleaned. Desperate for updating. Slide was down last June when we were there and is still down. This time the kiddie pool is also closed down. Breakfast could use some work but it is doable. »

« Ther property itself is very nice. I personally was disappointed that the grill in the pictures was not available to us to cook on. All we had was a small tabletop weber grill that was provided as a replacement. As we were basing all our meals on a full-size grill, this was a giant bummer to my wife and I. The property owner did offer to refund us our money, but we decided to stay and just deal with it all. Other than the grill fiasco, we had a relaxing time. I would have given a higher star...

« The house was clean and comfortable. Nice and warm over a very cold Fargo weekend. Off-street parking was great. Easy to find with good instructions for everything needed. Would stay again. »

« Rooms were good. Older hotel. Shower heads weak. Beds a little soft. Need new pillows. »

« The property wasnt very clean, they are doing renovations at the property,regardless if it is open for business then it should be clean. I had to go to the front desk to get linens for the bed as it was not made. There was no cover on the bathroom exhaust fan & paint on ths bathroom fixtures. The were no towels or a bath mat for the jetted tub. The staff was polite but not very knowledgeable on the property. Maybe once the renovation is completed it wull be different. »
