"We were a little disappointed by this Hilton brand Spark. Staff was great but here are the issues we had: 1) weird smell in elevator and hall covered up by some type of strong deodorizer 2) the toilet in our room did not flush unless you held the handle down the entire time. If you don’t, it fills up pretty high and stops and we were constantly afraid it would overflow if we tried to flush again. It was not clogged. 3) not too impressed by breakfast, muffins, yogurt, cereal and bagels. 4) the pillows on bed had a smoky smell that was covered up by a very strong odor of chlorine. This woke me up multiple times during the night. Other than these, the hotel was ok and as I said staff were nice."
