« Outlaw House was the perfect place to stay for our ATV getaway. There were plenty of comfortable beds for 9 people. The driveway had room for 4 cars, 2 trailers, and 4 ATVs. The porch was peaceful and a great gathering spot in the mornings and evenings. Good location for HM and Outlaw trails. »

« Communication with Sarah was great, she was on top of everything and quick to answer questions. This is a great spot for riders to hang out after a long day on the trails. Quiet neighborhood, didn’t meet any of the neighbors. The town of Mullens was great, all the businesses were welcoming and the people were very nice! »

« House was perfect for our ATV trip with 3 families- kids stayed in bunk room, adult couples had their own rooms. House and property very clean and well-maintained, owners super responsive and attentive. Convenient to trails and popular spots. Would definitely stay here again! »

First day we hired a guide, showed us a little of everything. Next 3 days rode our own. Property was well maintained great food, Indian Ridge Bar & Grill, down the road. People in area very helpfull. « The owner is very responsive to inquiries and even checked on us the following day to ensure everything with the property was as expected. The place was clean and well put together. The front porch was awesome and plenty of space for a group gathering. The grill was clean and ready for use; bring a metal flipper! « Property was spotless on arrival. I have never stayed anywhere so well stocked, you thought of everything. Plenty of room for our family of 9. Showers stayed hot and we truly appreciated that after long days on the Hatfield & McCoy trails. Access to trails from the home was great.
