9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,004 reviews)
The hotel hosts wedding receptions in the restaurant, complete with a DJ, which we could hear from our room, and which kept us awake until 1am. Then the next night they had a ceilidh which kept us awake until after midnight. They need to decide if they are a hotel or a nightclub/entertainment venue, because they do a terrible job of being both at once.
I would not stay here again.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (1,465 reviews)
The location was perfect for a weekend trip to Edinburgh, close to the Royal Mile and Edinburgh castle. The room was well appointed although very small. Our room was not ready at check-in time which I find unacceptable for a highly rated and relatively expensive hotel. Also, the room was not cleaned until about 5pm which was a bit disruptive to our day.
I would stay here again for a night or two but not longer.

9/10 Wonderful! (327 reviews)
Debbie on reception was lovely. We arrived at 10:30pm. We went to the bar where the bartender told us he would have to open the till and we would have only one drink as he was closing, Floor tile cracked on bathroom floor and no facecloths in bathroom.
The mattress was very poor quality.

"Second time at Gracedieu as it’s a great cottage in a wonderful location. Killin is a lovely place and is surrounded by fabulous mountains. The cottage was so cosy and comfy to come back to after a day on the hill!"
