Kamaole Sands 4-412 , featuring a top-floor Penthouse location, this ocean view unit sleeps six comfortably and serves as the ultimate base for your Maui adventure. Two spacious bedrooms – one with a King, the other with two twin size beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room to host up to six guests in style. The unit was set up with every guest convenience and consideration in mind, and includes free Wi-Fi throughout the unit, cable with TV's in the living room and both bedrooms and a washer-dryer in the unit. Even beach gear, including umbrella, beach chairs, cooler and towels, is included. The kitchen was equipped to prepare and serve your private tropical island feast, and features elegant stone counter tops, matched appliances, and a full complement of small appliances and cook ware. The living room features plenty of comfortable seating and the work of local Maui artists. The layout is open and light, with the extra window contributing to the open, airy, light vibe of the unit. The classic wood spiral staircase accesses the second-story bedroom, which also has a TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. There is great separation between bedrooms, with the other one located downstairs. // About the Property // The highly rated Kamaole Sands resort has a lush courtyard, the largest resort pool in South Kihei, that also includes two jacuzzies (one family and one adult only) as well as a splash pool for the kids. We had a very late arrival to the condo and the check in was very easy. When we had an issue with the TV and the dishwasher, they were resolved immediately. The grounds were beautiful and had a nice pool and hot tub. The beautiful sandy beach and park area right across from the resort was a bonus. The only suggestion we have was a little more cutlery and a new large frypan. It was spacious for our family of 6, which included 3 adult sons and one teenage son. It had a nice big lanai and was very clean. We were pleasantly surprised to find a great big crockpot in the kitchen. We had asked before arriving and the management didn’t think they had one, but glad to see that they did. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook You will need to bring your own seasonings, but all the pots and pans you will need are there. There was construction going on at our building, but we had been warned about that and the crew was very respectful of residents and we were never bothered by any noise. We would definitely return to this condo. ##### Kim W. Check in was odd. The front desk was entirely unwelcoming and told us they had nobody by our name staying there. My 83 year old mother had a friend from home send flowers as a welcome surprise. The flowers were at the front desk and it was actually a hassle to get the flowers. It was sad to feel unwelcome upon our arrival. ##### Patti J. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every bit of our stay in Maui and at our condo rental. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed with very prompt, friendly and caring owners. All essential information was provided in advance. The apartment has everything needed for coming in and starting to enjoy your time on the island. Whether you cook at home (all the kitchenware and basic condiments were provided) or go out (within walking distance or a short ride), go to the beach (short walk) you are in the right place to have a vacation and not to worry about lots of things. AC is noisy and you need to run it for an extended period of time to cool down the second floor but not much you can do there. The space is large and you need a powerful system to keep it running. ##### Maxim S. Beach chairs, swim boards and even cooler are provided and are in like new condition. The only issue we had was the uncomfortable mattress in the loft bedroom. It is very soft and the lighter person is constantly sliding towards the heavier. Location is great. The beaches are right across the street. Food options are a few minutes walk. The resort itself is clean and looks pretty. Overall very pleasant stay. Will recommend to everyone. ##### Inna L.
