Kamaole Sands 3-104 has some features that separate it from other condos and make it a great choice for your vacation:
1) The lanai is not only oversized and covered, but it also faces SW. This means you ALWAYS have the choice between full sun or full shade. It is on the ground floor, so the lanai spills out onto the lawn.
2) The pool entrance is literally a short walk across the lawn.
3) A brand new MINI-SPLIT AC SYSTEM was installed in MAY 2023
4) The SOFA SLEEPER is brand new as of May 2023
5) Tad and Kathy also own VRBO #2695811 ( 30+ 5-Star Reviews), a 3 bedroom unit in Kamaole Sands. Book them together for your larger family function
6) This unit is well-provisioned and well-stocked with a full kitchen
7) The unit is managed by Premier Hosts, Tad and Kathy

Kamaole Sands Resort is a mini-paradise with 15 acres of lush and colorful ponds, fountains, and foliage. Amenities include a large swimming pool, a wading pool for children, and adult hot tub, an family hot tub, two tennis courts, three pickle ball courts, an exercise room, ping pong tables, activities desk, and multiple barbecue areas throughout the property. Our 1 bedroom 2 bath unit on the ground floor of Building 3 is located in the heart of Kamaole Sands Resort.

We want you to feel the comforts of home, yet the luxury of a resort. Enjoy your favorite shows on one of our SMART TV's and prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen. For the beach, we provide towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and snorkel gear.

Kamaole Sands is conveniently located close to shopping, the world-class golf courses of Wailea, and great restaurants! Water activities include swimming, fishing, snorkeling, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, and kayaking.

Overall the unit was as described in the listing. Appreciated the beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas etc) which made our time at the beach really enjoyable. The place could use more towels, and likely new ones. We found we were having to do a lot of laundry quite often and the towels didn’t seem to really come clean in the wash. Bed and linens were fresh and comfy and location was great.

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and comfortable. We loved the spacious lanai and it being the ground floor so we could easily walk right across to the pool. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Only suggestion would be to have a high chair or booster seat available. The kids plates and play pen were very handy!

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was super clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing. I had the best sleeps! We also appreciated the extra beach materials - beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, and sand toys for our little one. The location was great. We couldn't have been happier. Lovely relaxing place to stay. Everything’s just as beautiful as the pictures. I rented the place because it was beautiful and it has a nice recliner that my husband loved.The town is wonderful with lots of market style shopping and a beautiful beaches and parks.We had a rooster come visit us a few times a day. The condo was awesome! Kitchen was well stocked for baking (brownies etc) also, containers for taking snacks to the beach. The mattress was sooo comfortable. Thanks for letting us check-in early. There was only one dish cloth so I had to wash it often! We are thinking of returning next year & hopefully decide soon enough to stay here again! Thanks again

It's a 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach. The condo has all the beach amenities, including boogie boards and snorkel gear. The place was clean and well thought out. The kitchen was well stocked. The lanai was great for breakfast. Overall an amazing place!

A Lovely Hawaiian Stay with Great Decor

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It took us a little while to figure out the internet connection (the modem had been unplugged), but once that was sorted, everything was smooth. The place was very clean, except for some mold in the washer. Other than that, everything was great. The sofa bed wasn’t as comfortable as the main bed, but it was fine for a few nights. Overall, the unit was a lovely place to stay – I especially loved the interior and decor, which really gave it a Hawaiian feel. I could tell the owner has great taste!

Fantastic space and great location

The amenities were fantastic both in the suite and in the resort. The host provided much more than expected, from beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards to tupperware, sandwich bags and playing blocks for my young daughter.. the space was updated with a wa heat pump air conditioner which was a must have.

The perfect vacation home !

This was our first ever visit to Maui and thanks to Tad and Kathy for making our stay the most memorable. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the smallest details taken care of. Kitchen is very well equipped and appliances in great shape. The beach essentials were a BIG plus ! The location of the apartment in the resort is great with easy access to the pool. We drove around a lot in Maui and found Kihei to be the best with respect to services, shops and restaurants. All in all, a perfect 10 to this Super host !!

Wonderful stay

I had an amazing stay at this vacation rental in Kihei! The location was absolutely beautiful, with easy access to stunning beaches and gorgeous sunsets. The condo itself was spacious, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to beach gear. The amenities were fantastic, especially the nice pool, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient spot in Maui!
