« The place was old and the windows were dirty. Then I found a small bug which I believe was a silverfish crawling in the mattress and one of the staff members was really nice when talked to in person and offered another room but another staff member hung up on me as I described the issue. I just went somewhere else and lost the money. You get what you pay for at this place. »

« First of all, the photo you featured does not look anything at all like the actual appartment. The deco is outdated and the whole place looks and feels utterly depressing. Isolation is non-existent and air-conditioning extremely noisy. I asked for the "private beach" key at reception, but did not realize that this means actually trespassing on the Ritz Carlton property. It was ok for a night, but I would definitely not recommend for a longer stay. »

« Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was not as pleasant as I had hoped. The room was disappointing—the mattress was uncomfortable, and the sofa bed’s mattress was even worse: hard and old. I also noticed that a painting was missing from the wall, only to later find it stored in the closet. The coffee machine was another letdown; I wasn’t sure if it made me want to brew a cup of coffee or take a trip to the supermarket to refill it. « Great property at the Ritz Key Biscayne. Check-in process was easy. Host was great answering any questions. My family of five comfortably slept in the two story property. Rental came with full access to the hotel’s amenities including pools, beach and hotel car to get around. »
