Rooms are nice; cleaning staff is really efficient. But no onsite representatives make it frustrating. 8 day stay with no service to room. Communication with Numa was robotic and texting was a nightmare. I believe you can find much better options for the price point and better location.

Our stay was great overall... Our only issue was the AC. The room was relatively warm despite trying to adjust the temperature. Even my little boy was sweating as he slept. Room was clean, had good space. Hotel staff was helpful . The hotel was located perfectly- close to Grand Place, main points of interest, good dining, shopping, etc.

"Room is clean & comfortable. Near Brussels North station, around 10 minutes walk. With luggage storage service, but I can freely enter into the room and get back my luggages under no supervision. Standard double room is a bit dark. The receptionists are rude to customers. Not willing to answer ..."
