« Love the hotel, the area and the staff. My only complaint was the walls are very thin & could hear the toddler screaming and Dad(assuming) yelling to stop but toddler wouldn’t for long time til finally fell asleep. Then in the morning could hear same people talking/laughing- woke me up. Other than that we loved this place. »

« The room was not ready on time, even though we arrived early. They said they would get to cleaning it right away, and still it was not ready on time. The floors were still wet when we walked in. Staff were smoking near the entrance regularly with the doors wide open. »

« The new parking ramp is nice. The room was clean the breakfast was great. The hotel main floor was being renovated so the restaurant/bar was closed. There were construction noises starting early. The construction vehicles were all parked in the loading area on checkout so loading our luggage had to be done in the transit authority driveway, and that wasn't layed out for that. »

« SOLO TRAVELER BEWARE. I stayed at this hotel while traveling solo to a music festival in Lexington Kentucky. One night/morning when I got back to the hotel around 1:30am my room key was not working. I tried multiple times and tried to open the door. I went to the lobby and it was LOCKED. There was a window in the side of the lobby with a pillar behind it and no one inside the lobby. Because of the pillar I couldn't see the dimly lit lot parking lot behind me. « Suite had lots of store, full size fridge which we needed and kitchen supplied with things I didn’t expect! Very nice!! »

« Parking was great. Breakfast was fine and area was clean and well attended. Room was clean. At check in we were not told they did not clean rooms daily. No one came by during our 3 night stay. No shower soap on arrival and it took three requests over two days to get some. Manager handled issue. »

A vase of flowers and a thoughtfully created gift basket for our “Sister’s Trip” were waiting for us in our room, which felt so personalized and kind. « The location was beautiful. But the house was very dirty and in need of much repair. The water smelled like poop. The toilet in our room was filled with waste. The ceiling downstairs right by the kitchen had a huge hole and pipes exposed. The front door was broken and needed much repair.
