Friendly helpful staff it was lovely being greeted so cheerily when going for breakfast and on returning each day after a long day. The room was very comfortable and clean. The location was so central with easy access for the airport coach and the sightseeing bus

Check in was easy. My daughter and I arrived in Dublin early in the morning and had no issue accessing early check in. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The location was also great. Would definitely return.

The property is only a couple blocks from the spire/needle and lots of shopping and restaurants. There are a few nagging maintenance issues that need to be addressed, i.e., diverter valves, door handles, window hardware, TV service (no audio for the main platform), etc. More importantly, the property is a half block from a street maintenance lot. Consequently, it is very noisy late night into early morning when these services are in full force. Ergo, leaving windows open leads to constant noise and closing them only slightly mitigates the noise from the near constant activity.
