"The hotel was under construction. The room we got didn't have a safety latch and the AC was broken the window was broken too. The lobby was dirty there was a dirty bed mattress against the wall as soon as you exited the elevator in the second floor. A lot of doors walking to our room had a big X. We didn't have toilet paper in our restroom and the plugs to connect our phones didn't work. I couldn't connect my laptop to complete work. I asked to change rooms and the receptionist told me to ask for a refund with the third party where i booked. She did not try to help the situation never booking here again. It was my first time in Dallas I didn't know where to go. I had my two toddlers with me. Safety and comfortability was a necessity. "

"The house was very clean and more than enough space for larger groups. When cooking, there’s everything you need at this house. There were plenty of towels, extra sheets, and beds were very comfortable. This house made our trip very great!"
