"The dock being located a very short walk away was a bit of an inconvenience but the spot was nice. Never used the hot tub…was disgustingly dirty upon arrival. However host addressed right away and sent a cleaner the next day. It took 2 days for the water in the tub to heat back up and another day to clear. We decided not to use it. But it dod become very clean. All in all a nice place for the price and so easy to get to."

"The cottage was beautiful, spacious and could easily accommodate our big family with every amenity. We loved the backyard, the dock and the gorgeous sunsets! The kids loved canoeing on the lake and hanging out in the hot tub. The host was a pleasure to deal with and checked on us throughout to make sure all was going well. We had a wonderful family vacation at this property!"

"Very nice cottage located on an island. The place was nice and clean and many amenities were provided. My friends and I had a lot of fun! The sunsets were also gorgeous when sitting on the docks. Would have been nice to have wifi, but host provided many dvds to watch throughout the stay. Host was also very nice and always responded within minutes. Would definitely recommend a stay!"

"We rented this cabin for a girls weekend . The property was as advertised, rustic. But the water frontage , dock, location was beautiful. The correspondence with the property owner was seem-less . Water is not potable but the water coolers were convenient. Excellent outdoor space which was precisely what we wanted !"

"I stayed at Chris and family's wonderful cottage for a long weekend with a group of ten friends and we enjoyed it immensely. The space is gorgeous and roomy and offers lots of spots to be together or get away from the group to have some quiet time. The outdoor parts are also lovely, nothing beats sitting in the hot tub and looking out at a gorgeous winter landscape or sitting around a fire. Chris was amazing at communicating with me and very helpful both before and during our stay. All of us...

"Went here for a short getaway with my family and our dogs. We all absolutely loved it. The dogs loved waking up in the morning to watch the sunrise. We saw swans, loons, beavers and much more swimming by. The cottage looks just like the pictures."
