The hotel itself was comfortable and clean. But we were told breakfast was included in our reservation and that is why we chose to eat it and when we left, we were hit with a large bill for breakfast and told that it was not included. It wasn’t worth the price of breakfast, we would not have had it if we had not been told it was included in our stay. Rooms did not have any fridges or coffee. We also recharged with extra city tax when we checked out.

The rooms and property were clean and the staff were helpful. The rooms were hot (we were also there during a record heat wave), but for a 5 star hotel at the price point of this one I didn’t expect to be uncomfortable in my room irrespective of the outside conditions.

They had really good buffet breakfast. Room was neat and very close to tram stop

Everything about this hotel is excellent! Good location, clean rooms, beautiful room design, amazing breakfast, helpful staff. The only downside is that the A/C does not get that cold, but that’s not uncommon in Europe.

Friendly staff. Hotel is located near the train and bus station, restaurants, shops all within walking distance. Beds are cozy, rooms are of good size, especially the studios, good for families as you have the ability to cook. Would definitely recommend
