Staff was nice, I did find cockroaches in my room. When I told the staff they asked me what I wanted them to do about it.... other than that there is a nice full kitchen and an easy walk to the BEACH.

We got the deluxe room with partial ocean view. I think more pictures of the room should be posted, specially of the bathroom and shower to avoid surprises. Other than that, this is a great place and staff was wonderful. Very private, has its own waterfall and close to Paia.

Not a great check-in experience, room had pulled up carpet and broken lamp (upgraded bungalow room) and was not worth the price we paid. Restaurants and Luau on-site were overpriced and underwhelming. The only upside was the manager Gretchen that helped us to move to a different room (lower priced), but better view. We didn't get any money back, but Gretchen was very nice and helped us out.
