"This is by far the best resort I have ever stayed at. My husband and I arrived for our honeymoon and from the second we showed up, the staff was super friendly and helpful. We rented a scooter which made getting to and from the area very easy. You are about 5 minutes away from Kamala beach and about 20 minutes away from Patong beach. I love that this resort is up on a hill so you are away from the hustle and bustle. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in Phuket. Thank...

There are no onsite food services, just snacks in the lobby, but other nearby hotels will actually deliver food to your room if you want room service. There are several restaurants, a pharmacy, convenience store, places to get a massage, etc. within a quick walk. "This property made for a nice three night stay. Vivian the hotel manager was very kind to us during our stay. The rooms were very modern and I absolutely loved the pool. "

"The property was great however there was one challenge. The pool closes at night at 10 , but on all nights except for the first night, there were families with kids in the pool at 12am and one night it was 1am. I was awakened by the playful screams of small children. This was the most uncomfortable experience here. The parents were in the pool with the children because you could see and hear the kids say daddy. The property was amazing for the price which is why I still scored it high. "

"I stayed in the bliss for 5 nights as a solo traveller i felt very secure as i had a passkey to get in an security at night the apartment was spotless and a lovely big balcony i even had a washing machine i had a problem with air conditioning and it was done same day beautiful rooftop pool which i was in one night at 9 o clock wish my stay had been longer one of the best if not the best just couldnt find a fault hope to come back to patong and this is where I'll stay thank you"

"It's a very hot country, and even though the air conditioner broke down, I couldn't contact them, had to pay my own money to sleep in a different hotel for a night, had to pay the electricity bill separately, and even though I changed rooms, the air conditioner didn't work properly! Especially the person working in the office was so unfriendly!! I don't want to go again, and I recommend going to another friendly hotel! Everything is so messed up!!"
