First off, the history of this building: it's been here since the 1600's and still has many original features. They did an incredible job thoughtfully renovating the spaces. "The staff when I checked in (Harry) was very very good and friendly, he was so nice and welcoming.
Unfortunately I was disappointed as the hotel had bed bugs. I spent whole night itching and scratching. When I woke up, my whole body had bites and all red. Very uncomfortable, I informed the lady in the reception but she was not understanding and at most she said she will send the cleaner to clean the room. Not happy with that outcome "

"I had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Express Antwerp City-North. The location was very convenient, the breakfast was great, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They even allowed me to check in about two hours before the normal 3:00 PM check-in time at no additional cost, which I truly appreciated after traveling. I really enjoyed my stay and would gladly return next year. Highly recommended!"
