Don't stay here! 5 years ago it was dirty and we got bed bugs. Decided to try it again on 6-1-24 and it was still dirty and terrible service for an almost $300 room. Floors, door knobs and light switches were all sticky and gross. 1st room had hair all over bathroom and bed and food crumbs all over bathroom. The front desk was unapologetic. The second room had all the sticky stuff as same one, but no food crumbs or hair anywhere other than bathroom. It was really late and I was tired after 12 hour drive so just wiped down the room myself. Check-in took a really long time. The casino was dirty as well and didn't feel safe to walk around alone. Windows and floor were dirty, hallway and elevators literally smelled like poop and marijuana. I asked to talk with the manager and was told there wouldnt be one in for 5 more hours, and they would call but never did! Ameristar is so much nicer and cheaper-stay there instead!
