« Check in was easy after we figured out the code box on the door. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness. There were dirty and damp towels and bed sheets above the washer. My husband always checks the mattresses for cleanliness, when he lifted the bed sheets there was hair and dirt under the fitted sheets in the master bedroom. There were no dish towels or rags to be found in the kitchen, no paper towels either. There were no rugs by the doors to wipe your feet, the sweeper had not been run...

« This place was more beautiful in person. The picture doesn't do it justice. I loved everything about it. When you walk in you could smell the cleanliness. If I had to change anything, I would like to see higher height toilets. The one in the bed room is a little harder on seniors getting up and down. But just the same it still works. The hostess responded well to all my questions and concerns. I would definitely rent it again. »
