The hotel was super cute, clean and the pool was nice. It was easy to walk to a bunch of restaurants and it was close to the harbour to catch a ferry to Basos. The only thing that was not great was the beds were not confortable.

This is a true luxury hotel! It is beautiful, clean, and high end. The superior suite is amazing with a separate master bedroom with a porch overlooking the interior of the hotel with 2 standard chairs. There are two sinks, a large closet, and a chair in the master. The shower features a rain head, 3 body sprayers, and a handheld wand. The potty room is separate and has a small window (blacked out for privacy), but you can open it for fresh air. The sitting area has a large couch, desk and chair, and refrigerator with a coffee maker and tea pot on top. The curtains are button controlled, and you can even close them and turn off all the lights with one button from the bed. The front veranda has a pool with 2 lounge chairs that overlook Chania and the sea. The pool was very clean and refreshing. The veranda top is open, so you can sunbathe in privacy. There was free parking, though it was full when we arrived. We were given free parking in an adjacent alley. The included breakfast features so many options, including brunch, desserts, yogurt, fruit, pastries, etc. You order the day before, and you call when you’re ready for it. They prepare it fresh and deliver it to your suite! All the staff was extremely kind and helpful. We even had complimentary cold bottled water and a bottle of champagne in the fridge upon arrival. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Loved the pool. The villa was really clean and bright. You do need to check into the actual hotel (which this is not, this is the villas), which is like 5-10 mins away by car, and I'll say this now that the hotel does have a restaurant. It was nice that when requested, they quickly delivered an iron and ironing board since it wasn't already inside our villa. The whole property was really clean and well maintained. The view from our villa was nice. The villa does have a steam shower which was nice. It had two bathrooms, one with the bedroom and one downstairs. It had its own dedicated parking spot for our rental car, dishware for cooking, a washer (no dryer), microwave, and a nice refrigerator/freezer. Couple of minor gripes and preferences were that the furniture was really basic and hard plastic so the seating was not comfortable. The wifi was pretty fast (broadband) but extremely high latency (ping) (700+ ms) for those who care about things like that. One of the gripes we had was that there is allegedly "room service" as they leave you food/drink/wine menus in your room and the phone has a room service button, yet if you want to order food, they will make it in their restaurant located at their hotel as previously mentioned and they do not deliver it... so it makes it pointless room service. Overall it was a nice villa, it was pretty quiet, and not too far away from old town Chania (10-15mins).

Nice hotel. Nice rooms and pool area. Lovely Spa area but shame you have to book and pay for sauna. Normally are free but not a real issue. Gym looks good too but did not use. Very close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful, polite and always at hand. The food in the restaurant and pool area and breakfast, also drinks were all tasty and well priced. Very lovely hotel and spa. would definately recommend and visit again

The hotel itself is beautiful, with great facilities and lovely views of both the mountains and the sea. The shared pool access rooms are definitely worth it and really enhanced the experience. The pool bar was also a highlight, and Elissa in particular provided fabulous service throughout our stay. That said, there were a few areas where the experience fell short of what you would expect from a true 5* hotel. The vegetarian food options were quite limited and unfortunately was not very good overall. We also found the reception staff fairly unhelpful, starting from check-in where we were simply handed an information sheet rather than being properly welcomed or briefed on the hotel. To make matters worse, some of the information provided was inaccurate — for example, the à la carte restaurant was advertised as open for dinner bookings, but we later discovered it only operated two nights a week, meaning we were unable to get a reservation during our stay. Drinks were another disappointment. While using non-premium brands isn’t necessarily an issue, the menu was misleading in places — for example, the Aperol Spritz was advertised as containing Aperol, but was instead made with a much cheaper alternative, which noticeably affected the quality. Overall, I’d say the hotel has the facilities and appearance of a 5* resort, but the service and attention to detail felt much closer to a 4* experience.
