The toilet seat was broken, and we had to wait half a day for it to be fixed. The Wi-Fi was terrible, and we couldn’t get a 5G signal at all.
The soundproofing in the room was awful. On our last night, a couple staying in the room above us were fighting and shouting, waking us up at 4 a.m. We informed the manager, but he was unable to resolve the situation. As a result, the noise, shouting, and arguing continued, and we weren’t able to fall back asleep.
Since it was our check-out day, we asked if it was possible to extend our stay in the room. The manager said they could only extend it by one hour, which wasn’t helpful. In the end, our entire day before the flight was ruined because we were exhausted from the lack of sleep.
A few more downsides:
It takes more than an hour to get to Chania from the hotel, and the bus is usually overcrowded.
There are no shops nearby.
On the positive side, the area is very peaceful, the beach is within walking distance, and the food offers a good variety to suit different tastes. Other than that, it’s pretty much the same as any standard all-inclusive hotel.

Had a fantastic stay there! Would absolutely return. The staff were friendly and helpful, food was top notch and the buffet was quality eith different theme nights and never the same. Lots of kids options too! I was so impressed with the options. We were eating lamb chops and swordfish, which I would not expect on an all inclusive buffet. The room was fantastic and really spacious....more like a suite. The beds were a bit hard though and the bath didn't work properly but was grateful to have a bath tub. The only downside was the kids club was not much fun and there was only one night of entertainment so the only real fun stuff for my toddler was the kids pool, which ahe loved and was fantastic. Everything was very clean and overall well maintained.

Room was always clean and spacious. Cleaners excellent as well as all staff, (reception and restaurant) all friendly. Food was good at breakfast and quick service. Really enjoyed our stay.

"The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff will go above and beyond to help you. There were times where the kids overtook the pool, which without having kids, didn't make for the most relaxing time. Still a great stay. Breakfast was absolutely delicious!"
