"I checked in for my last two days in Osaka after my lease ended. I made a mistake and came early to the property the day after my first night. The property manager came to the hotel early and let me in. He was kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me. I cannot recommend this property more."

"I really like the fact that there was check in counter. They send you a code to get the key out of a lock box and then you have your room key. The only thing that was not so good was the wifi. I only had a spoty connection that kept disconnecting. Could not do anything on phone and not being able to speak Japanese there was nothing to do."
