We bought a 2 day CUTE Pass from the Tourist Information Center in CenTerrace shopping area. We were able to use it on the Kagoshima City Bus, the Kagoshima City View Bus, the ferry to Sakurajima, the Island View Bus on Sakurajima, and the trams in Kagoshima. Great deal! The hotel was perfectly situated and very comfortable. "

The bathroom is tiny and two persons will have to take turns using it. However, the rooms are very clean, as is the lobby and reception area.
